Use the product responsibly
Users may access SociHook only in lawful ways and only for legitimate content, planning, and workflow needs.
These Terms govern access to and use of SociHook, including the landing page, the app workspace, subscription plans, saved brand memory, generated content, and related product features. By using the service, a user agrees to these rules.
Users may access SociHook only in lawful ways and only for legitimate content, planning, and workflow needs.
Free, Pro, and Max plans may carry different limits, feature access, billing cycles, and workspace capabilities.
SociHook helps generate drafts and prompts, but each user is responsible for reviewing and approving what they publish or share.
These Terms of Service govern access to the SociHook website, application, and related features. They describe how the product may be used, what users can expect from the service, what payment and plan rules apply, and what limitations and responsibilities come with using an AI-assisted content workflow.
If a person or team uses SociHook on behalf of a company, agency, or client, that person represents that they have authority to do so.
SociHook may offer free and paid plans, each with different daily limits, variation limits, premium features, planner access, collaboration depth, and prompt capabilities. Those limits may be updated as the product evolves.
If a user upgrades to a paid plan, billing may recur automatically according to the plan selected unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Taxes, fees, and local charges may apply where required.
If a payment fails, SociHook may retry the charge, restrict paid features, downgrade the account, or pause access until billing is resolved.
Users may submit brand details, campaign notes, screenshots, logos, visual references, and prompt guidance in order to use the product. The user is responsible for making sure those materials can be lawfully used for that purpose.
SociHook may generate captions, slide copy, image prompts, video prompts, and planning suggestions based on those inputs. Those results are provided as workflow assistance, not as guaranteed factual, legal, compliance, or brand-safe advice.
Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, sending to clients, or pasting into third-party tools.
SociHook and its product design, software, branding, workflow structure, and platform materials remain the property of the SociHook team or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform itself.
Users retain rights they already have in the materials they upload and the original information they provide. To operate the service, the user gives SociHook a limited permission to host, process, store, and transform those materials as needed to provide the requested outputs and features.
SociHook may change, improve, pause, or remove features at any time. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, vendor outages, model limits, bugs, or other technical issues.
SociHook does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature parity across plans, or that every generation request will succeed exactly as expected.
A user may stop using SociHook at any time. Paid subscriptions may be canceled according to the billing controls made available by the service and its payment provider.
SociHook may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates security risk, abuses the service, fails to pay applicable fees, or uses the product in a way that could harm other users, clients, or the platform itself.
SociHook is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. The service is designed to help users move faster, but it cannot guarantee that every output will be accurate, compliant, unique, non-infringing, or commercially effective.
Users are responsible for final editorial review, compliance review, factual review, client approval, and publication decisions. SociHook is not responsible for losses caused by a user publishing or relying on generated material without appropriate review.
SociHook may revise these Terms from time to time as features, plans, providers, and legal requirements evolve. When that happens, the updated version may be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means the revised Terms will apply going forward.
